These are hand crafted by a local artisan.  Each is unique, with small variations in the handle, angle of scoop and colaration.

Quality is excellent and materials are strong and ultralight.  These average .7 ounces in weight but with a welded double handle can easily support well beyond what you expect for flipping and handling your grilled foods.  While these are slightly heavier than the single handle version, the broader double handle provides both more strength and a better grip, preventing the spatula handle from turning in your fingers and tipping your food.

Titanium is very heat durable and when exposed to higher heats over time will express variations in color.  The artist deliberately works to bring out a unique coloration in each piece while these are being created.  No two are identical.
