All items will be shipped via Best Way. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you need us to ship via a specific method, please tell us in the comments when ordering.
Returns may be submitted within 30 days of placing an order. Items returned for any reason other than damage must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging. Please email or call to arrange a return. Shipping returns for any reason other than damage is paid for by the customer.
In the case of items damage in shipping, The Hiker Box will provide your choice of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 715-337-2161 to request a return label.
Please note that if an item is defective after use, customers need to contact the brand directly for warranty information and claims. Many brands we work with have great warranties and will be happy to help you out.
