Made from Jute burlap, this char cloth is a 100% natural material product.  The burlap is heated in a low oxygen environment, converting it via pyrolysis into an easy to light, slow-burning product that is ideal tinder starter.  This package contains 6-8 pieces.

Directions:  Lay a single sheet of Char cloth on a small amount of tinder in a wind protected location and have more tinder available.  Strike a spark onto the char cloth.  Repeat until the spark glows on the char cloth.  Blow gently and add small amounts of tinder on top of the char cloth, continuing to blow until it catches fire.
